When a stream ran with store: true, the audio and transcript are available for 30 days behind signed URLs.
With store: true, one connection produces one recording. If your network drops mid-session you get multiple files — order them by creation time.
Delete is immediate and permanent. If your own users have a deletion right, this is the endpoint to wire it to.
